Order Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Damages
YinYang Effect is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, if you received your order damaged, please also contact us within 14 days to report the issue for a free replacement or refund.
